This DDM4 10.3” was at a discount that was too good of a deal to pass up, Given the super short barrel length, I thought this thing would be quite a handful, but boy was I wrong. DDs are known for being over-gassed, but this one isn’t. Ejection pattern was super repeatable at the 4:00 position. The balance is really spot-on, and maneuverability is great being so short, even when compared to my 12.5”. It’s an absolute blast to shoot.
On the downside, the trigger is a Mil-spec, so I swapped it out for a Timney 681 I had sitting around, which is what I also have in my 12.5”. It complements the rifle perfectly in my opinion.
Super happy with this purchase and with Gun Prime.
